The upcoming art show at Oak Harbor Public Library brings the work of GJ Gillespie to Whidbey Island, showcasing his inventive mixed media. Featuring portraits of popular musicians and actors such as Kurt Cobain, Eminem, Tom Holland, Timothée Chalamet and Audrey Hepburn, these vivid images bring to life unforgettable faces from past and present.

With his unique use of layers of tissue to create a flesh-like surface, Gillespie’s rockstar portraits are unlike anything you’ve ever seen before! Join us from April 29 to May 27th as we honor this award-winning artist, who has already appeared in 60 shows and numerous publications.
